Rescue & Care Trust Foundation exists to support vulnerable Ghanaians in the UK and Ghana through guidance, advocacy, family reconnection, emotional support, and reintegration pathways. We believe that no one should be left to navigate hardship alone, especially in moments of fear, isolation, or uncertainty.

We work with individuals and families facing some of life’s most difficult realities, including immigration hardship, family breakdown, reintegration after prison, mental health recovery, domestic abuse, and the challenge of reconnecting with loved ones after years apart.
